Formally known as COS (Community of Science), Pivot has upgraded to new features to improve the recommendations you receive and use of the website itself. The change is described as, “Built from the ground up, Pivot combines the best of what our customers love in our world-renowned COS Funding Opportunities and COS Scholar Universe services with intelligent mapping features that expedite funding discovery, dissemination, and collaboration.” The look of the new Pivot website is updated, yet familiar. Many of the features, such as developing and saving searches, will remain in the same general format.
An easy and convenient way to learn how to use the basic features of Pivot is to view the Pivot YouTube Channel. There are several short, informative videos available for you to watch at any time at your convenience.
