The University of Alabama subscribes to Community of Science (COS), http://www.cos.com, a valuable search tool for funding opportunities and
research collaborators. As a researcher at the University you have free access to COS. COS is both powerful and intuitive and it only takes a few minutes to register and learn to use it.
Training for use of COS is found in the three modules listed below which explain the registration process, funding searches, and colleague searches.
-To best view the modules, your computer monitor resolution should be set to 1280 x 1024.
-Within each module, to pause, go back/forward, or to go to any specific point in the training, please scroll to the bottom of the window and use the presentation toolbar.
